In the tensile test, a standardized tensile rod (specimen) is clamped in a tensile testing machine. A force is then exerted on it, causing the tensile rod to stretch, ultimately resulting in a fracture.

Determining mechanical properties
During this test, first elastic stretching and then plastic stretching (permanent) will occur. At the same time, the stress-strain diagram is recorded. Based on this, the mechanical properties are determined, such as the modulus of elasticity, yield strength, tensile strength, and breaking elongation.
Our tensile testing machines
We have two tensile testing machines (150 KN and 1250 KN).

Results
We perform measurements and interpret results using modern software.
